I thought it was a great live action adaptation of the animated Mulan. Liu Yifei brings life to her character with a fierce determination and vigour. The storyline could have added more character building but I believe the actors did justice, especially Mulan's father. The fighting scenes were more artistic then the violent war scenes in most movies, after all its a Disney film. Mulan comes across as a great role model not just for young girls but young boys as well. Be loyal, brave and true

Aladdin was always one of my favourite childhood memories and to see this brought to live was a dream come true! It's like growing up with the characters as they now have more depth, and it's amazing to see the relationship grow between all the characters. The amazing chemistry between Mena, Naomi, Will (heck, even with the CGI carpert and Abu) is the highlight of the movie, not to mentioned the amazing costumes, backdrop and the wonderful refreshed soundtrack. Initially I had my doubts watching the trailer, but for once glad to see the movie surpassed my expectations! Hope to see more of Mena and Naomi too, they were both amazing!
