Cannot say enough good things about this book and how much I got out of it. I’ve read it multiple times in the past year and a half since owning it just as a constant reminder to keep myself on track and tweaking my life and habits for tiny improvements like a well oiled engine. James does an amazing job and gives real practical insight with immediate action items to start using right now in your life. I’ll probably read through it again in a few months but definitely one of my top favorites!

Remember in school when you’re writing an essay that supposed to be a certain length and you add a ton of filler just to hit that mark? Damn I couldn’t wait for this book to be over. I’m guessing this author in real life isn’t so bad and has general success in their own life, but isn’t that great at being an author. They probably came up with this theory of theirs that sounded great in their own mind but came out terribly on paper. The author constantly contradicts themselves throughout the book as well as slams most others in the same industry and audience they are targeting. There are no tangible action items you can take away from this book and they don’t care to share any first hand experience of how they’ve helped others.
