As a game itself its playable. As a Final Fantasy game its terrible. This is coming from a long-term Final Fantasy fan from the original and all similar games. The looting is a joke. The story is way too short. The side quest are non existant. The lack of skills and magic is ridiculous. No open world. Very static encounters. The battle mechanics dont even get me started. If i wanted a hack and slash game i would have purchased DMC or GOW or something like that. I feel like i wasted my good hard earned money for this joke of a FF game. Even the FF7 remake was better than this and i hated that with a passion. Because they ruined my favorite game with another travesty. So if you are a true Final Fantasy fan save yourself some time and money and dont even buy it.
