Biggest wasted potential ever honestly. The idea that he became Arthur fleck again after being graped by the guards is demoralizing and just straight up bad writing. Not to mention turning this movie Into a musical was disappointing, joker was never happy and singing, he was depressed and losing his mind and hated the way he was being treated. It feels every 10 minutes either of them started Singing, just for Harley to leave him in the end because he wasn’t “joker” anymore. They just killed him and set up a side character to be the new joker. It’s honestly sad to see I had so much hype for this movie just for it to disappoint so bad. They killed him for a stupid setup of another movie. What happened to the joker at the end of the first movie? He just gained power and a crowd and had The ability to beat the case with all his support. These stupid side plots with Harley and the musical ruined this movie. Just sad to see.
