As this would be my first ever Malaysian Tamil film that I’ve watched on the big screen, I must say that I am amazed. The outcome of this film clearly shows that passion, hard work, talent and patience clearly pays of well. There is nothing to frown about this film at all. What I loved most about this film is celebrating diversity and cultural integration through relationships and music. I was almost in tears while gleaming in pride during those scenes. And not forgetting to mention the obvious champion of the film which is the music of course. It is soulful and timeless. Even if we were to listen 20 years down the road, the songs still be fresh. Very rarely we ought to see such kind of musical scores. Kudos you guys. And kudos to the cast as you guys really gave your heart and soul into the character. Really tingled my tear ducts with your portrayal. To sum up, personally, NKI stands tall not only as the first ever Malaysian Tamil movie that I have watched in the theatres but more that that, it stands out as a touching and moving film with quality. A wonderful movie DOT. I extend my heartiest wishes to the whole team and I can’t wait for whats coming next :)
