I placed an initial subscription order and realized that an incorrect address auto loaded. Even though I contacted customer service instantly and provided the correct address they informed me it was too late to change. So I never received my first $100 plus order. Since I provided the correct address and requested they correct my address I assumed the issue would be resolved. The second order went out again to the same incorrect address. So 2 orders $200 out the window. When I contacted customer service again they essentially blamed it on me for not following up. My bad I gave them the correct address and assumed someone would correct it in their system.
Their customer service is terrible.
