Fan of the first 3 and the writing and new art style just didn't work. Writing is cringe at best and it feels like playing a game for young kids. Really weird game.

It's sad that Zack knows he can put out such abysmal movies and his devotees will gobble it right up. Wouldn't it be nice to have these budgets spent on better movies? Sigh

Characters are not faithful and have been reduced to soap-style acting. Story is rushed and bland, with fan service trying to make up for cut content. It being pretty to look at sometimes doesnt justify its existance. And to everyone giving 5 stars despite these things... why? Just watch the original

Not sure if i'm watching the same as the people giving it five stars... I loved the books and hate this show. This show has all the grace of GoT season 8 and ended up creating a series very loosely based on the source material. The characters, sans Moiraine, have hardly been fleshed out. The changes being made are unnecessary, often don't make sense, and culminated in a terrible finale that left me feeling numb - all in service of chasing that "next GoT" title. Stop with the absurd battle scenes and needless deaths and focus on telling a story.
