I have read a lot of comments about the race of the reviewer and reviews being biased. So, I will say that I am a non-Asian viewer and I LOVED the movie. I loved everything about it. The story line. The cast. The music. The humor. I really don’t have any complaints. I loved that Papa Bear got him a sister (Ms. Ross). I really appreciated the mostly Asian cast! I loved Keanu’s dramatic acting! I love that the dreadlock chick stayed with him. I feel like it was a great feel good movie for independent women who struggle to find love possibly because men can be intimidated by their success. It showed the challenges that arise with dating between socioeconomic status, growing apart from loved ones, familial resentments, heartbreak, disappointment, friendship...love. THESE ARE ALL THINGS EVERY RACE CAN RELATE TO!! I even bought the soundtrack the soundtrack too. I will be listening to I punched Keanu Reeves in te gym tomorrow morning!
