A modern train wreck. Nothing about the actual origin story of Wonka. (That already existed btw) On top of it being a Wonka is a different universe completely, the songs are poorly written and timed terribly in terms of the ‘plot’. If you’re a Wonka fan, it’s worth skipping to save yourself the disappointment.
