If Birds of Prey was supposed to be the start of a new franchise, well it's not going to happen. The 6:45 PM Saturday night show had 12 people in the theatre. There were nearly as many cosplay characters in the lobby as people watching the movie. The movie was boring, with only a few really interesting/fun/different sections. The lead was not up to it, especially after the stellar work of the lead in Joker. I predict a quick demise of the movie and no sequels.

Fun. Campy. Good movie for kids as not scaredy.

Outstanding acting by the lead, who must win Academy Award for best actor. I will probably see it again.
