I was undecided whether I would prefer to see Little Women on the screen next to 1917. But it was a war film I could watch, very intense, but showing human kindness too. All of film kept you watching & willing the two young soldiers on through the horrors of the retreating battle. A very small part showed actual bombs & shooting. Very good filming & story.
