I was really caught up with the story line..but the West Wing wanna be got in the way..the other thing that got in the way for me was the casting of the many women with hair flowing down their backs..I felt I was watching a Hallmark movie.!!!!no way these women would wear their hair that way in the White House. other than that some good casting ..KaL Penn very fine Keifer needs to move away from the breathy deliveries..SOme unbelievablescript moves by the Hannah character..she does try hard and I want to believe she really can accomplish the many incredible feats ...but really! On another note..it has kept me very engaged as I binge watch..

At first I was caught up in the show but having watched 4 episodes am sorely disappointed. Clichés abound, writing is thin and so predictable, NO chemistry with two main stairs. All the usual suspects from the single always harried mother(the chair) disheveled favorite prof, the older woman heavy drinker, the doddering old men and even the token smart,great prof who is ..yes, a Black woman and apparently the only Black on the campus. And when will writers stop using a scene of actors brushing their teeth to tell some of the story. disappointing series I wanted more than this.
