My favourite show to ever exist. The writing is extremely clever. Several narratives going at once that all interlock in a creative way. It addresses Australian justice and crime matters in a way that provides reality in a way that is non-biased but allows the audience to form their own opinion of the characters. The show is relentless - situations are never sugar coated and it leads to a payoff that is unrivalled. NOTHING like OITNB I thought that it wasn’t as good once bea smith left but it was able to continue in an interesting way because of Doyle’s narrative. Still all round amazing
