I thought this movie was predictable, hard to get into and boring. Only getting praised by others because of references and pop culture it has. It is a prime example of what Hollywood producers thing games are like. Even if it is in the future people wouldn’t play it as much as they would have you believe in this film. The amout of times this film relies on the audience to forget a number of aspects that is required to use the vr equipment is absurd. I mean one guy is using it sat down for christ sakes and in game he’s in battle i mean come now how stupid do you think we are. Thats just one example of many I won’t go into right now. If your looking for a bit of nostalgia and want to turn you brain off then this is the film for you. But if you are looking for anything else don’t bother.
