I do love this show. But it lost a lot of credibility in my eyes in season 12 episode 1, because I decided to look into the second story. Lots of inaccuracies in the reports and depictions. The defense seems to have made several legitimate points in her defense that cast reasonable doubt upon the prosecutors accusations. Her hands were totally clean, and she was stuck in a closet with a chair wedged under the handle from the outside. And her hands were tied BEHIND her, which the show depicted inaccurately. Among many other things. The show would remain more credible if it mentioned some of these things as well, not just the prosecutor’s side.

How do you go from talking about the intricacies of the retina and entire central nervous system…to back pain being evidence for evolution? That’s when it went downhill for me. Halfway through the first episode….
