My friend used to own this one back in the mid 90s, it was beautifully designed, the sprites and the music are charming. However the game play is lackluster and very grindy with a lot of random battle encounters. I'll give it a 3/5 stars based on nostalgia factor alone. An otherwise forgettable game in an ocean of monsters like Suikoden, Breath of Fire and Final Fantasy.
