The only one who made the Joker character look good enough was Heath Ledger. This movie here is nothing else but just a poor exposure of a possible psychotic individual, with very distinct psychological issues, however, too predictable. The Joker in the Dark Night was unpredictable. Was a real agent of chaos. This Joker here is nothing but a bad joke, an insult to the masterpiece played by Heath Ledger. For the director of this movie: if you want to remake your film, consider the main ingredient: unpredictability. The actor played his role well, but the film itself is poor.
