Have loved this film f o r e v e r! Love the costumes, settings, the whole story itself, that is based on King Lear, and a different twist on the saccharine sweet garbage that are the other films (except for, maybe, 'Ever After', that was okay…). Especially loved Kathleen Turner's acting, doing a Joan Crawford type of Evil Stepmother! Great! What I am, is totally disappointed that I have never found this jewel of a film in DVD, or any other media, and I have been looking for it for y e a r s! Can't Beeban Kidron do anything about this? Any help? Please? Thank you!

I can’t get enough of this movie... it’s what a true blue Christian Evangelical movie should be: inspiring, down to earth, and truthful! You will shed a tear or two!
