Great looking game that plays well, but the more I play the more disappointed I am with the game. The tribe battles are all the same with the same dialogue over and over. The characters and story are diluted by the inclusion of a narrator who robs all characters of any individual voices. Every character you meet feels the same, this is amplified by the same dialogue over and over. The crafting is great until you realise that you Don't need to do any of it, I made a weapon that was half decent and ive not needed to make anouther one. The electric gun you find seems to kill everything with no effort. The special powers also not really needed. The only one I use is the mushrooms that you can bounce off and thats more useful for exploring. Over all this could have been a masterpiece but it misses the mark on so much.

Wasn't expecting it to be amazing but it still fell below my expectations. some of the fight scenes are great but the film ends very abruptly like it had just turned off half way through the story. Didn't feel that the main character cole needed to be in it. They should have just gone with liu kang and made him the main character. Story wise its very weak with hardly any character development. Best bits are all Kano.
