I was really excited to watch this, love Kenan's humor. However, this wasn't that engaging to me.
Someone below mentioned something was "off" about it, and I agree. I think part of it has to do with the camera angles. I'm a fan of single-camera filming (like Modern Family) but this was awful. Too many single person frames- almost like it was filmed with each character individually and then spliced together. If someone was speaking, the camera is only on them. That's a lot of back & forth! Open the camera to the entire scene more.
I hope this works out for him and Chris Redd, he's one is my favorites too.
