The idea was good execution just simply terrible. The shark is a metaphor for nature fighting back against its destruction by humanity and that humanity can only find salvation by radically changing its ways and engaging in self sacrifice (hence the poorly executed religious references) for the sake of its future generations. Acting and script (plus direction and effects) are so bad that every 10 mins I wanted to make it stop...only kept going cause I had help somebody write a review...
