Absolutely hilarious!! I can’t believe I’m just now watching it. The second movie just came out so I decided to watch this one first and I absolutely love it. Personally I think it’s one of the funniest movies I have seen in a while. All the actors did an amazing job! I loved seeing all the familiar faces. I can’t wait to watch the second one!!!

This movie started off soooo good!! The first hour had me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going on and what was going to happen next. Then halfway through the movie they changed the plot entirely: it went from the big dark cloud storm to a movie about a fear of dying and a drug dealer? The ending literally had me saying, “Is this a joke?” The movie was still kind of good but I would’ve much rather finished the movie about the dark cloud/smoke. There was so much potential with that storyline!! They did such a good job of making the movie feel eerie- I thought maybe the toxic smoke would have some type of weird effect on the town people or turn them into zombies or something but nope. There was never even any answers about the big red storm unfortunately. The movie was very intelligent though- it makes me think that maybe the storm was just a metaphor for a dark cloud hanging over the family? Idk I’m a little disappointed.
