Intense, original, demands listening at a different level. I saw the Mahavishnu Orchestra as the second set after the Eagles in Detroit. You could understand why the Eagles changed the lineup after people left after the MO played, completely drained by the intensity of the music. After the Mahavishnu Orchestra finished the concert hall was silent, people left speechless having never heard any music like that.
