I saw Halloween back in the 70's in the theater. Was the best thriller movie to come out even with it's very modest budget. Everyone since has been horrible. The latest was a waste of 2 hours, I half expected the crowd in the hospital scene to start chanting "Lock her up, lock her up". Poorly written even worse on screen. Cannot believe Curtis still acts in these unless she needs the money. I did notice the masks the kids were wearing were from Halloween 3 which had nothing to do with Michael. Glad I didn't pay to see this in a theater. The simple scares are the best because they are more believable. Not the constant superhuman slashing monster.
