The movie is much deeper than it appears and the movie goer would benefit from watching it multiple times. The actors were cast wonderfully as they age during their transitions and the make-up/prosthetics was done very well. Unlike most movies, you couldn't predict the script as it kept you glued to the screen. It left you asking questions, but in retrospection clues were placed discreetly and kept you thinking. The editing of the film could have been improved as there were awkward transitions, but the release date might have been the factor. Simply put, it is a love story tuned toward the middle age, but encompasses life changes for all ages.
