Appalling! Not enough staff on tills & auto collection machine is not working. Some people have decided to walk away. As I collecting a parcel that I have waited weeks to be delivered to store I have to wait. For the benefit of staff & customers improve the service provide. Staff are clearly under pressure. 13 mins to collect a parcel!
