I played Breath of the Wild with my two young girls, and I can confidently say that years from now, the three of us will look back on our play through as one of the fondest memories we had together. I never really enjoyed earlier Zelda games, but Breath of the Wild is filled with adventure and mystery and a kind of lonely, atmospheric beauty that all ages and all genre fans will appreciate. Near the end my girls kept coming up with excuses to put off our showdown with the final bad guy, because they didn't want it to end. A true masterpiece.
