Dororo is a gritty show with a lot of heart that will really grow on you. The characters are intriguing, the themes are complex, and the plot is so far both tragic yet hopeful. As someone perfectly described it: it's dark without trying to be edgy. I have high hopes for this show, and if it keeps the momentum, it is sure be a favorite.
