To all of those being critical of the Sunrise crew, I don't see you reporting the news or getting up at 2 AM to go to work. My guess is that you cannot handle the local style talk story format because you're not a local. As for Sunny being there, Grace is Korean and as most locals are aware, local Koreans take their little dogs EVERYWHERE with them. If those in the studio aren't complaining then what's the problem? None of the news crew at HNN could be considered pundits except by genuinely ignorant pundits. They are not wannabe celebrities either. They are local residents sharing the news like any ohana would. Sure they add their 2¢ worth sometimes. Guess what. That's what happens when ohana is watching the news. They discuss things. The problem with a lot of people is they expect a mainland style newscast instead of one geared more towards locals. If you've got a problem with the award winning news teams they have, move to the mainland and watch the stuffed shirts unemotional teleprompter readers.
