Awesome drama! A story about love, envy, betrayal, injustice to justice, friendships, corruption, and forgiveness.
Um Ki Joon who played the role of Cha Min Ho (and Cha Seon Ho) is just pure evil deep down to the bone and justifies his character. Great acting. He was able to portray calmness, violence, love, and at the same time fake innocence when accused of the crimes he committed. He plays his role well and even his demeanor can attest to that. Ji Sung as Park Jung Woo is a very versatile actor. I had seen him in Heal Me, Kill Me and he is the best in portraying different personalities. I admire his resilience and ability to convince the audience on what he was feeling on a particular scene. A very good dramatic actor who can really cry. Every time he cries in this drama, I cry too! It must be hard for the best friend lawyer, Jun Hyuk to be caught in between love, envy, ambition, duty, and corruption and who does not deserve to look straight in the eyes of that little girl. I can’t believe he gave up everything for his ambition. I wonder if Ji Soo’s family would still care for him, they way they did before after they found out he was of the cover up. Oh, and that little girl could really cry too! The truck demolition guy was cute so was Seong Kyu despite his need for money was able to redeem himself by taking care of the little girl. I feel the lawyer girl has a weak role but she is a dedicated, kind-hearted and determined lawyer and seems to be a good match to Tae Soo. Miryang and the other inmates were so funny, loveable, and each has his own story to admire. The more I watch each episode, the more I was craving for more in the next episode. The story is a bit predictable but it was a good watch. I watched it twice already! It was a monumental moment when Cha Min Ho was arrested. Finally, justice served. The drama has a very good ending!
