I was a little disappointed after watching episode one as I've always loved the characters of the King Arthur realm. I just found it to be a little lame. Then after episode two the plot was a little more exciting. It appeared to point to a huge battle climax at the end. From three to nine it was great. It captured all the essence of each character but I still felt confused about the importance of excaleber. It felt as if the sword had been left behind somewhere. I was looking forward to episode ten but after 40 minutes the programme split into two and I didn't understand how it would reach a magnificent climax. Unfortunately it didn't. No battle, a threat of violence which more or less ended with a silly 'oh go on then, we won't join forces with the other side if you say we shouldn't' and the only real part that the important Excalaber played was right at the end, used for knocking down a wall! So many ways in which this programme could've been awesome but failed at the last hurdle. I would like to see a second season but the writers need to polish up their work.
