i am not a reader but i try, i prefer reading shorter novels and stories as they are much easier to finish before i lose interest. i read this book when i was in high school in 2010 and i did not understand what it was about. recently spoke to a friend and they mentioned it, so i just finished reading it and this is the most beautiful and powerful book i have ever read. enjoyed it!
