My father got me to read some parts of Years of Victory by Arthur Bryant
when I waa in JSC. 1949. Later after many years I used to read and still read occasionally. The book is in very good condition and how the island England endured and built an Empire is wonderful. I am planning to do an abridged translation to Sinhala the language in Sri Lanka.
