Jim Dennis

This is one of the worst films I've ever seen. The premise is so absurdly contrived, the dialogue so painful, the acting (esp. Jude Law) so embarrassing and the cliches of old England just made me want to throw up. It's a naked attempt to piggyback on the Four Weddings-Notting Hill-Love Actually conceit of brash American lady meets bumbling Englishman. Although those films were all awful in their own way, none were nearly so horrific as this. Don't waste your time.
