It breaks everything down in layman's terms and makes it simple to understand such as a list of good foods versus bad..Good oil versus bad etc..It contains recipes I can incorporate into my life that are doable including for families with children and look like something I would actually want to eat. It has recipes for those of us who have a sweet tooth too..Yay! There is a lot packed into this little book..I want to get a couple more for my grown kids now.
