So I'm an American and in the first 4 minutes I could tell right away this was either Canadian or Brit made it just has that feeling non American productions care way more about each character was surprised it took place in Belfast was a huge X-files fan so ofcourse clicked on it due to Gillian Anderson's involvement in it. Pretty good show so far only seen first episode but will keep watching, would agree with previous review saying it's a slow subtle story or perhaps it's normal paced and we Americans just expect someone to get murdered in the first 5 minutes of the show. Must say I miss film as a format I absolutely hate digital, very few productions can pull off digital shoot. If this was shot in film I would be hooked but it's hard for me to get passed that weak digital format of the show but I'm trying only because Gillian graced it with her presence
