I have already contacted them several times regarding the illegal removal of my almost 1.5 million coins. EA stole my hard-earned coins and made insane claims against me about buying or selling coins. I've never done anything like that. I sell my players as normal on the transfer market within the specified price limit. This is not forbidden and does not violate the guidelines! Unfortunately, EA never answered my questions and always sent me automatic emails with such absurd accusations. I am not aware of any guilt. Sometimes I make a profit, sometimes I lose, but yes, that's the game. Interestingly, whenever I make a profit I am punished by EA. You always talk about fair playing conditions and behaving fairly. The only ones who don't guarantee fair gaming fun are you! It can't be the way you treat innocent players and I can't let that happen! Customer support was even better a few years ago, where you could contact you personally if you had a problem and they would really help you! 😕 Now it will probably be checked automatically again and nothing will happen. That's a shame when it could be such a nice game and you're making it a nightmare for me like this! My previous request was no longer answered or responded to. Very bitter since you have already received so much money from me over the years. If no solution is found here again, it will definitely be my last FIFA/EA.
