A great modern western. 3 hours long but left you wanting more. This is a 2 part movie so it ends unfinished. Great cast, great acting. Overall good story! Jumped around a lot, there was 3/4 story lines, that will probably end up intersecting. Not a ton of action but when there was, it’s gritty and brutal. Very realistic. The cinematography was outstanding! The scenic areas they used during the movie felt so 1883. 9/10

Movie could’ve been better directing wise, but other than that, amazing story. You will not figure it out until the ending. Great plot

Went into this expecting a drama/crime movie about a historical subject, like the Irishman. It was not. It’s too long, very bland and dragged quite a bit. Tells a story of how Caucasian’s married Indian women and killed them or others to move in line to take over their inheritance. Drama and acting was good. Well written and directed, just wasn’t a gritty crime movie. 6 total killings scenes. Not much action or intimidating edgy scenes. Honestly wouldn’t watch it again. The Irishman is Martins #1 movie and always will be.

Starts off GOOD! First 30 mins are great, then? Giant, long, car chase. For 2 hours. Literally. Don’t leave the ambulance.
