Film or any Cinematic craft consider as a baby of director. As the director is the one who put the words into shape.He creates magic even in a simple story. But here is case of Mr.Serial Killer there is nothing we can except from Shirish Kunder .As this previous works like joker was also disappointed. Mr Serial Killer is absurd boring with a little bit thrill. which we can all guess even after HalfnHour . i give him 3/10 . Not Recommended.
