Hal Stevens

It sucked. unlike the Aretha Franklin or Ray Charles movie it didn’t start from her childhood nor did it show her modeling or acting career (before the bodyguard she was picked to play Sandra on the Cosby show but turned it down to focus on her singing career). I understand everything can’t get squeezed into a 2hour movie but a lot was missing. However the actress who played the role was outstanding!
