It has been a long time since a book has thrown me through so many intense emotions. I devoured this book in 3 days. I could not stop and yet I had to pause at many point in the book to cry because the beautiful and dark descriptive words took me by surprise. This book makes you feel everything Charlie does. If you have never had firsthand experience with the kinds of feelings she has gone through this will show you the terrifying reality that is hopelessness. This book was honest dark uncomfortable and beautiful. The book is a work of art
