I went into this wondering how there was anyway they could possibly live up to the first Avatar, but I was blown away by this movie! I honestly think I might like it even more than the first. The visual effects were like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The creature designs were stunning. The story was compelling and deeply emotional. I highly recommend giving this movie a shot, and seeing it how it’s meant to be seen, in a movie theatre. We saw it in a Dolby Cinema specifically, and it was totally worth the extra cost. I felt like I was right in the middle of all the wonder, beauty, and action.
