Currently reading and waiting for my first baby to arrive in November. Definitely will employ the tactics for getting baby to do their nights!! I like how the French approach parenting. They don't make it seem as chaotic as I've witnessed from American parents. American parents seem to hate parenting and regret having children. I've been told 'good luck it's rough' so many times. Just the other day I ran into a frazzled new mom in the restroom. She had the entire small space occupied with her baby for a change. I just squeezed on by congratulated her and she looked up at me as if I said a dirty word to her.. Im not sure what to expect but I do hope I'm not frazzled out of my mind. Druckerman's book gives me hope that I can handle this mom thing. I surely hope so. I'm just praying my child is as calm and does his nights!!!
