This movie had the potential to be wonderful because of the actors but the script was insanely out of date. This seemed like a film made in the '80s, the parents seemed to not be aware of the rampant mental health care crisis American teens are experiencing. They had no knowledge
of how to help their son and seemed to make little effort, especially when they clearly had the resources. I couldn't believe the words that were coming out of Hugh Jackman's character's mouth when his son so clearly told him he was profoundly depressed. It was the least satisfying movie I've seen in a long time.
