Miranda Xiong

I have never heard or seen the trailer to this movie but when I saw it in Netflix and who were the main characters, I had to see it. I had a feeling I would like it since I loved the writer and the actors in it but it was better that I expected. It was funny, adorable, feel good and remind me of what I go through as an Asian American. My husband and I laughed and cried. We were the loudest in the our family room but we didn’t care. 100% recommend. I am a big fan of Crazy Rich Asian and equally loved both of them but my husband felt that this was better written than that movie.

I have watched the other movies before because my husband loves them but, this one, was the first one I loved! I do love actions but i love it when I can connect it at an emotional level. I felt all his emotions and I almost burst in tears at one scene. Amazing job on this movie. Actions✅ Amazing story ✅ raw✅ just so good!
