Lax Sondarva

I have no idea why this got a 7.9/10 rating. The entire movie is confusing, The concept of learning from another alien species is cool, however we never get to really see how the knowledge is used.The movie also keeps cutting to what appear to be memories of the main character (Amy Adams) however by the end it is explained that they are all her just seeing into the future. I honestly was very disappointed with the storytelling but the film does include some great landscape shots and the creation of the aliens are made in a way where they do not appear menacing, but rather as intelligent beings that mean no harm. Except for this it was a poor film and one that I regret watching. Do not watch if you are expecting action and adventure.
