I just love the idea of portraying an antogonist in his perspective of seeing things and asking the audience to understand what makes them to become one such person and this movie highlights the fact that in today's time we are lacking empathy and that's what this movie ask the audience to show empathy whoever it is irrespective of their lifestyle, religion, race whatsoever. Joaquin phoenix performance is fabulous and I like the fact that this movie is doesn't run fast kept the moment to enjoy and to allow the audience to feel and connect to the character.
