This is not a docudrama, it is a story of what is happening in many places in this country. Not only does it demonstrate how a company like dupont manipulates whole cities and states but it clearly shows how and why they do it. Because I live in a state that dupont calls it's home i was seeing the very things that dupont has done here, endearing itself to the people by providing little things all the while knowing that their products were dangerous and life threatening to many. This movie is a must watch, especially for people who live in areas near airports where pfoa's were used on runways to prevent fire during difficult landings and where the runoff contaminated ground and drinking water in public and private wells. These chemicals are not going away. They are called forever chemicals for this reason. They will continue to cause cancer and other dangerous illnesses. Children are being exposed and even your pets are falling prey. The second highest cause of death in dogs today is cancer. The actors and producers knew that this was a serious problem and they chose to use this venue to educate the public. They did an outstanding job. After you watch it, do research to see how this could or already has affected you or others. Support research, elimination of use and cleanup procedures or replacement of wells to eliminate pfoa's in drinking and bathing water. And put pressure on both your state and government representatives to demand that they create laws that make it clear that no amount pfoa's are acceptable in our water. Do not ignore the message of this movie.
