They are providing poor service, and the supposed manager Vicky thinks she owns the car wash. I asked to vacuum my transport van and she refused, and I told her that she would be paid for it and that having a membership, I only needed vacuum, which is why that store is going down the drain. They have some managers who only have the name as managers.
