I really love this movie. The animation quality is terrific. The art style is unique and quirky. The plot, dialogue, jokes, and songs are all well done. It has a good moral lesson as well: Accept who you are and make your weakness your strength. My three-year-old loves it, has watched it a dozen times, and sings along. Each time I watch it, I notice new details in the character animation. For example, Robin only gets caught while leaving the shed because she pauses when the cat says she knows a "perfect place" for Robin, showing how the cat exploits Robin's psychological weak point. My only complaint is that I found the cat too creepy for a G rating, although my kid doesn't seem bothered by it. Overall, I find this movie to be a masterpiece; it's one of those artsy and slightly dark "kids'" movies which can appeal to all ages, like Studio Ghibli or Pixar films, although it's clearly for younger audiences.
